Defiant reserves the right to reject a refund application if it is requested within 72 hours of purchase if the customer has not implemented the product and has not tried to obtain any results. We review this as a change of mind application and our decisions are made subject to the provisions of Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

In order to be eligible for this guarantee, you must have implemented the training, software, tools, materials and recommendations and be able to provide the following:

1. Your proof of purchase from Defiant Digital.

2. Evidence that you have implemented all the software, training, tools and recommendations associated with your purchase. Evidence must include:

(i) verifiable attempt at creating ads / emails and materials using the software, directions, tools and platforms purchased,

(ii) screenshots of your results to demonstrate your genuine attempt.

Our products come with consumer guarantees that automatically apply under the Australian Consumer Law. Refund Request Deadline:

You must lodge your claim within the first 14 days of your purchase. For example, if you purchased on 1st of the month, the final date for a valid claim would be on or prior to the 14th day of the month. Defiant reserves the right not to consider a refund request if it is not lodged within the described timeframe.Disclaimer:

Defiant does not provide refunds for change of mind purchases in order to prevent fraudulent behaviour and abuse of our Guarantee. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for change of mind if we reasonably believe that you have engaged in fraudulent conduct or are abusing our Guarantee, subject to consumer law guarantees.

Reasons or reasons similar to:

- "This doesn't apply to me";

- "I'm dissatisfied (with no valid reason)";or

- "This wasn't what I was looking for".

Or requesting a refund just because we offer a Guarantee, are not valid grounds for a refund. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our products and to prevent potential misuse. Defiant complies with all consumer protection laws under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) in determining whether consumer remedies such as refunds are applicable in each circumstance.

General Terms:

1. “You”, “Your” and “Yours” for the purposes of this guarantee means the original purchaser of the course.

2. All currency references means US dollars.

3. Defiant Digital reserves the right to verify the validity of all refund claims made. If your claim is assessed as valid, your refund will be paid electronically into your bank or card account used to make your purchase.

4. Defiant Digital has discretion to determine whether Eligibility requirements have been satisfied entitling you to a refund.

5. Defiant Digital reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim that is misleading or fraudulent. Failure by Defiant Digital to enforce any of its rights at any stages does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

6. Defiant Digital has sixty (60) days from receiving all the required evidence from the purchaser, to assess refund claims.

7. If a claim is approved, Defiant Digital will process the refund payment within thirty (30) calendar days of the claim approval.

8. The Terms of this Guarantee are governed by the laws of NSW and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.

9. All the above terms and conditions of this Guarantee are subject to any consumer remedies available under Australian Consumer Law or any consumer guarantee that automatically applies under Australian Consumer Law.
